This course is designed to help you formulate a strategic plan for your organization; analyze the requirements of an organization safety program; determine the requirements for Safety Programs and Policies; identify the key elements of a safety program; develop a site-specific written safety program for your organization; and determine the effectiveness of current safety programs.

To enable the safety professional to develop and write effective written site-specific safety programs and policies. This course deals with the specific needs of the student's organization in order to develop specific programs and policies to exceed the requirements of OSHA standards.
